Bhagavan. Tirumani dreamed to get success in construction business. He strongly decided to establish his own company as well to offer quality construction service. He struggled a lot, got discouragements from his family members and closer friends. He started career as a site engineer to obtain experience, essential skills, expertise and etc. but he did not quit his dream and continued dreaming to achieve it.

• Worked 2 Years as site engineer. Simultaneously, he become a sub-contractor.
• Constructed Godowns of Food Corporation of India in 2001 in Narasapuram and Tirupati as sub-contractor.
• Constructed Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan School Building in Machilipatnam for Govt. of AP in 2002.
• Constructed B.C Hostel Building at Mopidevi in Krishna District in 2002.
• Worked for Municipal Corporation of Machilipatnam to construct C.C Drains and Roads in 2002.

• Done Railway Track Repairs, Earth work, Bridge maintenance, Returning walls, CC Drainage to South Western Railway, Karnataka.

• Construction Extension of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan School Building in Machilipatnam for Govt. of A.P
• Construction of Tadepalligudem Market Yard for Agricultural Market Department.

Maintenance is continued till to 2016.

• Cabin Renovation, Platform repairs, Concrete Path ways and etc. repairs for Hyderabad Railway Station.
• Sanat Nagar Railway Station (Track and Earth work) from Sanat Nagar to Boyanapalli Check post.
• Hussainsagar Railway Cabin Building repair.

After 8 years successful journey in construction business as a sub-contractor, he started his own construction company to offer employment to skilled people, also to expand his quality construction service and also to make his legacy to continue even after his era. Thus, Saranya Sri Constructions Pvt. Ltd was established as a construction company in Narasapuram.

• Bridge Protection work for Bhuvanagiri – Tadepalli Railway Bridge (318).

• Renovation of Railway stations of Kazipet, Genpur, Raghunadhapalem and Aleru including platform repairs, track work, plantation and Jungle clearance.
• Construction of Community Hall, Greenery Development including Garden, Drains, Library, GYM, Sealing work, Tiles work, Children Park, Internal Roads, Railway Hospital Renovation, Quarters Compound wall, Quarters Renovation, Platform Tiles, Jungle Clearance, Earth work, side drains, Plantation in Kazipet Diesel Colony.

• Connecting Road to Srikakulam Railway Station for East Coast Railway.
• Renovation of Judiciary Building and Quarters, Waterproof treatment work to avoid leakages in Building, Painting, and construction of lift machine room in Narasapuram.
• Construction of 1 Bridge Span for Matsyapuri Bridge (18/8).
• Weed Removal and Annual Maintenance (West Godavari).
• Sluites Check Dams, Earth work, Gravel Roads, NRGS Rivers Earth Work (weed removal) for Irrigation Dept. of A.P
